BluePhoenix Spiritual Alchemy was born two years ago when our founder and lead Coach Sarah L Harris began to coach professionally. Since then, the vision has expanded and become a movement.

 

Our founder believes in equitability and sustainability. Equitability is important to our mission because we believe that we need a world that gives each individual, no matter their sex, race, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic upbringing, or class, the same opportunity, promise, and potential to create a life they love. Because of the significant gap between the financial wellbeing of women and men, our founder believes that this requires creating new companies that allow women to close that gender pay gap for themselves by doing something that the world needs. The world, in recent years, has been in the process of transformation.

 

Being an alchemist herself, a self-proclaimed master of transmutation and transformation, Sarah wanted to start a company that trains people in the art of alchemy, coaching,  and consulting, and then provides a platform for each professional to begin their career where they can make their schedule to fit their needs. and without having to worry about SEO, marketing, going to business school, or all of the tedious tasks required to start their own business.

Sarah says "Women deserve to be able to see their kids grow up, spend time taking care of themselves, and pay the bills. It shouldn't be one out of three."

She has made it her personal mission to uplift every woman she meets, and in turn, it has become the mission of BluePhoenix Spiritual Alchemy to build a collective of coaches and consultant professionals that are changing the world one session at a time. We can see a world where there is no longer a pay gap between women and men. We envision a reality that has everyone's needs met. The world doesn't need another billionaire CEO. The world needs more good people with more resources. The world needs another CEO that puts the needs of the workers above the number of zeroes on her checks.
